Here at Sims & Finn Chiropractic, our focus is significantly different from conventional chiropractic care. Our focus is called Neuro-Structural Chiropractic, the purpose of which is to correct the underlying shifts in the spine that may be responsible for many symptoms – properly known as secondary conditions.
Dr Georgia Vines graduated from RMIT University with a double degree in health science and applied science (Chiropractic).
Georgia’s passion for health and wellbeing through Chiropractic began from a young age. After experiencing a back injury in her adolescence, she discovered the amazing potential and benefit of Chiropractic care, to not only reduce pain and improve function, but enable her to maintain optimal health and wellbeing.
Georgia is well immersed in the Balnarring community having lived there for most of her life and previously worked as a receptionist at Balnarring Chiropractic for 5 years whilst completing her studies. Georgia also has her certificate 3 in fitness and has worked providing group fitness training in the local community.
Georgia has a strong passion for optimum wellness and a holistic approach to health and well-being and believes that chiropractic care has the potential to benefit all people. She is returning to work after some time off in 2023 on maternity leave and looks forward to servicing the Balnarring community again.

Dr RT (Tom) Sims started the practice in 1962 when he returned to Dandenong after studying at Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa. Dr Paul Finn joined the practice in April 1989. We now have five Chiropractors who between us have over 100 years of experience. Our practice helps people from Dandenong, Doveton, Cranbourne, Springvale, Springvale South, Keysborough, Noble Park, Dandenong North, Dandenong South, Bangholme, Lyndhurst, Eumemmerring, Hallam, Hampton Park, Braeside, Berwick, Beaconsfield, Rowville, Belgrave, Lysterfield, Harkaway, Narre Warren North, Narre Warren South, Narre Warren, in addition to all over Victoria.
