Here at Sims & Finn Chiropractic, our focus is significantly different from conventional chiropractic care. Our focus is called Neuro-Structural Chiropractic, the purpose of which is to correct the underlying shifts in the spine that may be responsible for many symptoms – properly known as secondary conditions.
Dave is a graduate of RMIT University and has been practicing for 22 years. He believes chiropractic can benefit people of all ages and is integral to having a healthy mind and body.
He uses numerous techniques including Diversified, Drop-Piece and Activator.
He enjoys spending time with his creative wife Angela and his young daughter Abbie that keeps him very busy looking for ‘lost toys’ under couches. When he gets time to himself, he gravitates toward cross-fit style workouts in his garage and has a passion for fitness and conditioning.
In quiet moments, he relishes studying many subjects ranging from neurology to the questions of life’s ultimate meaning.
Dave has a special interest in family Wellness care, and enjoys demonstrating to patients how chiropractic not only helps them “feel better”, but also function better, leading to improved overall health.

Dr RT (Tom) Sims started the practice in 1962 when he returned to Dandenong after studying at Palmer College in Davenport, Iowa. Dr Paul Finn joined the practice in April 1989. We now have five Chiropractors who between us have over 100 years of experience.
